Regulation Binance.US plans CFTC license bid to launch its own prediction markets platform
Binance.US CEO Stephen Gregory said the exchange plans to file for a CFTC Designated Contract Market license as early as August, entering a prediction-markets field that already includes Kalshi, Gemini, and Coinbase.
